VIP customers with a physical VIP card used for in-store purchases:
- If your email address is registered to your VIP account, we recommend using the same email address to create your online account so your in store and online VIP accounts will be linked.
- If your VIP account doesn't have an email address attached, please give us a call on 0800 276 222 and we'll be happy to add your email address to your existing VIP account before you proceed with the Sign Up process. Alternatively, you can continue with the online Sign Up process and we'll create a new VIP account for you.
